Terms of Use

Last updated: October 1, 2026

The short version

1. The service

ikulyrics (ikulyrics.pages.dev) is an online editor for lyric videos, run by iku, an independent creator based in Switzerland. It lets you import a song, get its lyrics (AI recognition, search, paste or tap), style them and export a video. By using ikulyrics you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

3. Your content and music rights

4. Plans

Free is free of charge, with the limits shown on the pricing section (for example 5 AI songs per month, 1080p export with a small watermark). Limits may change over time.

Pro is a paid subscription, monthly or yearly, at the price shown before you pay:

5. The AI and the service "as is"

The AI recognises and syncs lyrics automatically and can make mistakes: always check your video before posting it. We do our best to keep ikulyrics available and working, but it is provided "as is", without guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Features may change over time.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ikulyrics is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, lost data or content, or problems caused by the content you upload or publish. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using ikulyrics and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. If we ever close the service, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused part of active Pro subscriptions.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ikulyrics evolves. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be announced on the site, and continuing to use ikulyrics after they take effect means you accept them.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Courts at the operator's place of residence in Switzerland have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers to bring a claim in their own country. Contact: rainer.ae@yahoo.com.
